* When calculating the square footage for MasterTurf™ and your installation, please make note of the material widths. For example, MasterTurf Fescue only comes in 15-foot widths. That means if you have an area that is 20' x 14', your price will be based on an area of 20' x 15' (because of the minimum width of the product, which creates some waste and requires additional cutting for this installation). Also remember that this grass has a "grain," so the grain must always be in the same direction. For more information regarding calculations, please contact our sales department.
** All installations include base material (up to 2 inches of 1/4 minus), seaming tape, glue, infill material if required (you may upgrade to full rubber infill for an additional cost) and labor.

Labor for post-installation maintenance, including power broom, blower and adjusting of cups is available. The fee is determined by your sales representative and is based on your individual requirements. If you choose to install your MasterTurf™ lawn yourself, Arizona Turf Masters offers installation assistance. Again, the fee is determined by your sales representative based on your individual requirements.
